Creating New Tickets

In Sellution you can create a new ticket several different ways.

An agent can create a new ticket on behalf of a customer when he is contacted by the customer directly via email or a phone call. 

The other way is when a customer submits a ticket from the customer service portal.

Getting Started

From the Launchpad click on on the Help Desk Module.

You will be taken to the Help Desk Portal. From the left menu click Tickets

A new menu of the different contact types will appear, choose My Tickets.

You will now see a list of Tickets.

Click the New button from the horizontal menu.

A pop up will emerge allowing with the necessary fields to create a new ticket.

Click Save to create a new ticket.
