Employee Positions

Getting Started

From the Launchpad click on on the Organization Module.

You will now enter into the Organization Module of Sellution.

The first thing you will see is a summary page for your organization.

Organization Summary

Click on the Settings menu item. You will be now see the organization submenu items.

Position List Page

From the left menu Click Positions.

You will be taken to the list page of all your Positions.

The Position List Page can be sorted by clicking on the column headers. You can also adjust the amount of positions per page from the footer menu.

Add Position

Click Add Position from the position list page

You will now be taken to the department detail page.

The department detail page has several fields that you need to know:

Position Name

What is the name of the position


A short description about the position

Max Positions Available

The maximum number of employees to be hired for this position

Default Wage

This allows you to set a wage for each position. This can be overridden in the employee detail page.


What department(s) will this position be available in


This is the list of available locations assigned to the department

Color Code

Specify a Color for the department

Save Position

To save a position, Click the Save button.
